Swiss Chicken Casserole
6 chicken breasts
6 slices Swiss cheese
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup, undiluted
1/4 cup milk
2 cups plain herb stuffing
1/2 cup margarine or butter, melted


Spray crock with cooking spray or lightly coat w/oil. Arrange chicken breasts in bottom of crock. Top with cheese, layering if necessary. Combine soup & milk; stir well. Spoon over cheese and sprinkle with stuffing mix. Drizzle melted butter over stuffing mix. Cook on low 8-10 hrs or high 4-6 hrs. Serves 6.
