Chicken or Ham Tetrazzini
1 can Mushroom Soup
1 cup freshly sliced mushrooms (Or 1 can drained)
1 1/2 cups cubed cooked ham or 2 uncooked chicken breasts cubed
1/2 cup evaporated milk
2 Tablespoons white wine or water
1 teaspoon Prepared Horseradish (Optional)
2 tablespoons dried onion bits(or 1 small onion chopped)
2 tsp. dried garlic bits (Or 2 cloves garlic, minced)
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan Cheese



--In a slow cooker, combine the soup, mushrooms, garlic, onion,ham or chicken, milk, wine or water, and horseradish. Cover and cook on low, for 4 hours.
Cook spaghetti according to package directions, rinse and drain. Add the spaghetti and cheese to slow cooker. Toss and coat. Cover and cook again, on low, about 1/2 hour or so, then serve and top with additional Parmesan Cheese.
Serves 4-6
