Hungarian Beef Goulash 2 pounds cut up round steak or stew beef cuts
1 large onion chopped coarsely
2 cloves garlic, minced (or 2 tsp. dried garlic bits)
2 Tablespoons flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 Tablespoon Paprika
1/4 tsp. Thyme
1 Bayleaf
1-28 oz. can tomatoes
1 cup sour cream
Spray crockpot with no-stick spray. Place beef cubes, onion and garlic in crockpot. Stir in flour and mix to coat meat. Add all remaining ingredients, EXCEPT sour cream. Stir well. Cover, and cook 7-10 hours on low, or 3-4 hours on high.
Stir in sour cream and serve over cooked noodles or potatoes. |
